...one of the best thin-crust pizzas I have had in New England. All the toppings were fresh, the onions were caramelized, the meats were bursting with flavor, the sauce was subtly nuanced with garlic, oregano and basil and the crust was crispy and slightly burnt in one spot (because of the uneven heat of the brick oven), which added to its authenticity. No frozen dough or canned veggies in Anzio's kitchen.

My wife and I are regulars at Anzio's. We eat there every week. The pizza is clearly and unmistakably the best in the area. The Friday night dinner specials are wonderful and the Monday night special of dinner for two with a bottle of wine for less than $40 is a great value. Todd and his team have created a very special place!

Thin crust pizza (a la New York style), excellent sauce and when we asked for light on the cheese we got light on the cheese. Perfectly cooked, our toppings were excellent - one pie of mushrooms and peppers and one with sausage.

With out a doubt, this is the best pizza I have had in Grafton. I had family visiting for the day from New Haven, CT. They claim they have the best pizza anywhere and are normally expecting just ok pizza anywhere else. Even they were quit impressed at the pizza we got, especially for new years day. The freshness of the ingredients used was very evident, I can't wait to try more pizza on a regular day, not a holiday. We ordered 2 large pies for 5 adults and 3 children. There are several slices left for snacking on later. We will most certainly return, great find for pizza, I look forward to trying some other items from their large menu.

This is by far the best Pizza I had in the whole and believe me I have been all over US. This is way better then anything I tried in NY or the west coast or the south. The pizza crust was amazing and I am surprised that pizza looked as good in real as it looks on there website. We ordered a roasted veggie and the whole family loved it. They have nice cozy place to sit inside as well, we did a take out this time I am planning to eat at the location next time. The onions were perfectly caramelized and the toppings were generous. I cannot wait to try there other special pizzas. Oh! and I have to say this is the first veggie pizza which was a real treat. I am looking forward to more veggie specialties.

Great Pizza and sandwiches in a nice friendly atmosphere. Nothing ordinary here. All fresh ingredients. Will be going back many times.

Best Pizza in Town- possibly in MA! Amazing Pizza! Dining room is cute and is great for families as well as a date night. Very reasonably priced wine list with a lot of choices. We go here once a week as it is the best restaurant in town.

Great find in Grafton. Anzio’s is a gem of a find tucked away in a non-descript small complex on Rt.30 in Grafton. We discovered the place accidentally and have been loyal fans ever since. We know our deep dish pizza and our gold standard is Peppe’s in New Haven. Anzio’s come pretty close. The salads are excellent as well. Well worth a visit.

So happy to have a thin crust pizza place nearby! Really tasty. Thank you Anzios!

FINALLY Grafton MA has a wonderful pizza shop. Clearly targeting a mature pizza fan - the specials are wonderful and the crust -- well -- simply perfection. you're not stuck getting with an inch of plain tasting dough --- toppings right to the edge and a thin buttery trim crust. Take-out has a brisk business and we're hoping the web site will allow online ordering soon!

Clearly the best pizza in the area. This is not mushy, greasy "Greek style" pizza. It is thin crust artisan pizza.

I'm not really sure how to accurately describe Anzio's. There's nothing like it. I've heard it referred to as "a pizza place," but this is not your average pizza place. Sure, you can order, walk in, and pick up a pie to take home to your kids, BUT, you can also sit down, have a glass of wine or a bottle of beer, and enjoy your pizza in the cozy dining area while you enjoy a view through french doors to the wine and cheese store next door (that's a fabulous place, too). Most importantly, the pizza at Anzio's is NOT what you are used to in the Boston suburbs. If you like your pizza thick and greasy, go down the street. But if you're looking for something a bit more upscale, thin and crispy crust, with luscious toppings that will make you dream about them later, go to Anzio's. Also do not leave without ordering their "artisan flat bread." You will undoubtedly fall over from experiencing complete joy after taking your first bite - it is probably the best thing I've tasted in my entire life.

Went here for lunch after reading some of the Yelp reviews. This place has only been opened for a couple months. We were very impressed with the pizza. The guy running the place is definately passionate about his pizza. Thumbs up. Propane fired brick oven. Reasonable as well, 12.99 for a large. Couple really good beers on tap.

Excellent pizza, finally, in a pizza-challenged part of the country. Pizza how pizza should be made. Nice, thin (but not too thin) crust, tasty sauce, and great toppings. My pizza of choice is a mushroom, green pepper, and onion combo. If I have one issue, it's when they price the toppings at $2.50 each, and you add 3 of them, you get a $20 (for the large) pie. If you ask, they will price it the same as one of their specialty pizzas, around $17, but you need to ask them to do that every time you order. Update - veggy tops are now $1 per topping for small pie, $1.50 for large pie. Good deal!

Anzio's makes an incredible pizza! Last night I ordered their large Spinaci Pollo! Awesome flavor but more importantly, my wife loved it! It was a larger size pizza than we expected..... Not to mention I had a small cheese ordered for my 2 year old daughter and she downed a couple slices which is big bonus points!

I'm in from the Midwest and chanced on this pizza place. WOW! What a GREAT surprise. Other places' regular pizza has too much crust for me. Thin crust is all topping and never fills me up. Anzio's has developed the perfect thickness (thinness) crust for me -- and it is absolutely superb! The pricing is slightly higher than the pizza chains. But you can taste the difference in every bite. High quality ingredients worth every penny and then some. I just enjoyed one of the best pizzas I've ever had -- not just in Mass but in the U.S. When I'm back in the area, I'll be back at Anzio's Brick Oven Pizza!!

Best Pizza in Grafton, hands down! Grafton has terrible pizza options (and mostly terrible restaurant options altogether), so this place should do well. They need to work out some kinks with regard to service when eating in, which I have no doubt they will over time. My kids (2 and 4) also loved the pizza. I would love to see this restaurant get a broader menu with some other options. What I wouldn't give for some decent eggplant parm in this town!
